A series of Lockport Township High School District 205 summits are being scheduled to give residents and other stakeholders an opportunity to address overcrowding issues and recommend possible solutions.

The summits will be hosted by Homer Glen Mayor Jim Daley, Lockport Mayor Dev Trivedi, and Crest Hill Mayor Ray Soliman. The city and village leaders want to collaborate to share their concerns about the high school district's student enrollment, which currently is about 300 students over capacity.

A future meeting will be held in Lockport to allow all interested parties a convenient opportunity to participate.
